Donation

Fountain of Life Inc. was established as a nonprofit corporation with the Kansas Secretary of State in June 2022.
 
Fountain of Life Inc. will file IRS Form 1023 in August 2022 and anticipates being approved for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by June 2023. In the meantime, although we are an incorporated nonprofit organization in the state of Kansas, donations to Fountain of Life Inc. are not yet tax-deductible.
